Site Inspection
Tre and Rus Sheppard will visit your site to discuss plans and answer questions regarding placement, height, size, ARB requirements and local building regulations. Tree and topographical surveys, as well as geotechnical studies and set back requirements can be provided at this visit.
Pre-Design
Key team members such as, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, will come together for a pre-design review to ensure that the vision of your new home is realized. During this process, general budget limitations are established.
Design Review
At the design review, the contruction drawings for the home are presented. Each page is carefully reviewed with the client to ensure there are no misunderstandings, and that budget limitations can be adhered to. We also assist the client in product selections. Whether it be interviewing cabinet makers to selecting door hardware, we turn our client's dreams and visions into reality.
Renovations and Remodeling
Sheppard Construction offers full service renovation and remodeling of your current residence, as well as one being purchased. Additionally, we specialize in historic restorations on the Charleston Peninsula and the historic Old Village in Mt Pleasant.
Maintenance and Service
Sheppard Construction offers the highest level of maintenance and supervision to help protect your investment. A wide range of services are available to the owner of the home that is Sheppard built. We provide a one stop shop for maintenance and service requirements. Additionally, all record and product information including all warranty information, paint colors, and surveys, are maintained by the company. Yearly maintenance programs custom designed to suit your needs are also available. An emergency preparation plan is in place for your home in the event of a major storm or natural disaster.
